Eligible Users & Activities:
The studio is exclusively for professionals in dance and performance arts, permitted for rehearsals, research, project work, audition preparation. Any other intended use must be clarified with the management. Bookings for commercial or non-professional purposes are prohibited and will be canceled without refund.

Room Use & Condition:
The studio must be returned in its original condition, with handover via a key safe. Users must clean up after use and dispose of waste. Equipment (dance floor, sound system) must remain undamaged. Any shoes are prohibited inside the studio!

User Responsibilities:
Subletting is prohibited. gUG representatives may inspect the studio at any time. The user is liable for any damages, loss of keys, and improper use of equipment. They must also cover third-party claims, including fines.

Liability:
gUG is not liable for initial defects, lost items, or valuables left in the studio.
